Yoga is about the mind-body connection. Connecting to the core essence of who we are. Cultivating a personal practice gives us the courage to explore ourselves deeper and the perseverance to face our challenges. When we practice yoga, we come to know ourselves better. Self-discovery helps one to find inner strength and helps build more intuition, the inner wisdom that guides and assist us throughout life. This inner connection brings one to realize that we are Spiritual Beings having a physical experience.
